Backyard Programs

 

Individuals can register and pay online for any of our backyard programs. Backyard programs are offered at my home in Knightdale and topics change seasonally.

 

Programs are educational and often include live guest critters, pinterest inspired craft projects, sing-a-longs, storytime, hands-on exploration, and run-around games.

 

Backyard programs are sometimes limited by age groups so that the educational information and activities can be specially adapted for their age.

Field Programs

 

Individuals can register and pay online for any of our field programs. Field programs are offered to kids of all ages (with a few restrictions) and are held at various local parks (see the registration page for details). Some example of activies include pond exploration, butterfly hunts, fossil digs, and nature hikes. Currently there are no field programs offered. Contact Brittany to request one.

 

Group Programs

Group Programs are offered by request based on my availablility. They could be for birthday parties, school groups, daycares, or girlscout/boyscout groups within Wake County (just to name a few).

 

Group programs differ from other programming because they require one point of contact to handle all of the logistics of the program (Payment, location, time, etc.). They are generally 1-2 hours in length with a max. of 25 students per program (not counting adults).  Prices are typically $5/child with a minimum of $25, but exceptions can be made to groups that schedule multipule programs. I do make exceptions to location, length, and student numbers, but prices will vary. Use the contact page to request a private group program today!
